Fresh Trout

 
This is my first meal of trout in years.One time we couldn't eat all the trout we caught, but these days they are getting scarcer than hen's teeth.
My son-in-law caught them. He's going salmon fishing this week , so I am hopeful.
Last night I had friends over for lobsters, what a treat! We drank copious amounts of wine and enjoyed a beautiful sunset.
